Choosing the right service provider
Five practical tips to help you find and work with the best providers.
1. Start with verified businesses
Look for the verified badge, and for the Network verification that matches what you need. In search you can show verified businesses only.
2. Read reviews from completed bookings
Reviews on CheckRoute come only from customers who completed a booking or an order. Read a few, not just the average: they tell you about punctuality, communication and value.
3. Compare like for like
Open two or three listings side by side. Check what is included in the price, how long a service takes, the payment methods accepted and, for health services, whether your HMO is accepted.
4. Check location and opening hours
Each branch shows its address, map and whether it is open now. Choose the branch that suits you, and use directions before you set off.
