Terms of Service

CheckRoute is a marketplace and business platform. Businesses on CheckRoute provide the services, products and properties listed; CheckRoute connects you with them and provides the tools to book, order, pay and get support.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Businesses must complete verification for each Network they join and keep their documents current. Listings must be accurate, and CheckRoute may review, pause or remove listings that break the rules.

Plans, fees and commission that apply to a business are shown in the Business Portal.

Prices, availability and cancellation policies are set by each business and shown before you confirm. Online payments are processed securely, and eligible refunds follow the listing's policy.

Reviews can only be left after a completed booking or order and must be honest and respectful. Content can be reported and may be removed.
