To run your account, complete your bookings and orders with the businesses you choose, process payments and refunds, provide support, keep the platform safe and meet legal obligations.

Businesses see the details they need to serve you, such as your name and contact for a booking.

Access is limited by role, important actions are recorded, sensitive data is encrypted and card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by CheckRoute. You can turn on two-step verification for your account.

You can update your profile and notification preferences in Settings, and contact us about access to or deletion of your information.
